By commissioning an art piece, design and/ or request from me you automatically accept and agree to follow these rules and guidelines.

General

• Please respect my rights to decline your order. Most likely because it falls under my "Dont's" or skill incompatibility.

• Please provide a clear visual reference or a descriptive detail of what is your desired commission would look like.

• Artworks are not for commercial use.

• Price range means the price depends on the details and additional objects along with it.

• The maximum characters in a canvas are three (3) characters only.

• I'll send a rough sketch within five (5) days upon payment for approval.

• Additional details or revisions after the approval of the rough sketch, if artist deemed  possible, will be subject to additional charges which shall be agreed upon by both parties.

• Artworks are always in PNG file and will always be sent to your e-mail;As it is a digital copy and is an intangible item therefore it does not include shipping.

• Rushed drawings and updates will not be entertained; to be updated with the status of your commissioned art, please click here.

Additional Info

• Every additional character is more or less equivalent to the price of one character commission (+80-90%)

• Artwork comes with a simple background, unless requested otherwise.

• Complex Background have an additional charge; rate is 10-30 USD.

• Dont's: NSFW, Mecha, Complex Animals

Payment

• All payments is in USD via Paypal only.

• The payment is done through invoice and is paid upfront. I will not start a rough sketch without payment.

• Please do NOT send any payments on your own accord. I will send a paypal link.

Refund/ Resell Policy

• If you want to refund, you have to e-mail or contact me first so that we can discuss and have a mutual agreement.

• If there is still no update after three (3) months have passed, you may request for a refund.

• Once the commissioned piece is done, you will NOT be able to get a refund; but if we are still in the rough sketch stage, I can give you a refund with a thrity (30%) percent charge of the agreed commission rate, satisfied or not. This is because of the tax and for the service provided.

Copyright

• I claim all rights on my art, art requests and/or designs, which allows me to use them in my portfolio or post them on any of my social media platforms and the likes.

• In posting, you have to properly give me credit as the original artist of your commissioned artwork. please do not solely claim the credit for the art piece.

• Do not claim, edit or use my artwork for commercial gains. If it will be used for profit, of any kind, you have to purchase the license from me.
